Washington, D.C. – September 14, 2018 – Analytica, an award-winning public-sector consulting and information technology services provider, has announced the expansion of its management team to include the appointment of Mr. Zettler as Director of Civilian Programs.

Mr. Zettler will be responsible for supporting Analytica’s Federal Civilian Division, which includes customers such as the IRS, SEC, SSA, DOC, and USDA, with developing and delivering project and program innovations that support customer missions.

Mr. Zettler brings more than 20 years of experience supporting software, data, analytics and program solutions for customers such as the Department of Treasury, Department of Health and Human Services, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Mr. Zettler provides significant development methodology expertise with Agile/Scrum, the Rational Unified Process (RUP), and standard Waterfall practices. Mr. Zettler holds his PMP, ITIL Foundations, and CSM certifications.

Mr. Zettler previously served as the Senior Manager supporting Civilian and Healthcare Business Units for Octo Consulting Group, where he led delivery on key projects for the Department of Treasury and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
