A leading Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Agency, whose mission is to protect the United States, its people, territory, and interests against potential threats to national security, needed a team to take over a critical contract that was performing below expectations. As part of the work under this contract, the organization depended on having a secure collaboration solution that allowed for knowledge management and sharing of information with internal and external stakeholders. They needed to also work with a partner that could help strengthen their information management and data architecture capabilities, while understanding how to collaborate with stakeholders across the federal, state and local government.

Through our involvement ANALYTICA has expanded the Agency’s capabilities, outreach, and timelines of content and services to partners ensuring a stronger support of the Agency’s mission.   Our team was able to ensure a seamless transition under the contract, and we were able to provide measurable improvements that brought the Agency the level of innovation desired in its information management environment to support the critical nature of their mission.
