CMMI Development- Maturity Level 3
In 2017, ANALYTICA was appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development Version 1.3. The appraisal was performed by BroadSword — for more information pleas see our Appraisal Report.
CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.
ISO 9001:2008 Certified
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a global accreditation body that has outlined a set of international standards for effective quality management. The ISO 9001 family of standards relate to quality management systems designed to help organizations ensure that they meet and maintain rigorous quality standards.
ANALYTICA’s certification under ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices, and procedures of the company provide consistent quality in the services and work products delivered to our customers. The goal of this ongoing accreditation process is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of quality management standards and systems, including processes for continual improvement and the compliance to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ITIL is a set of practices for IT Service Management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services to the needs of a customer’s business. The ITIL framework describes processes, procedures, tasks, and templates that are utilized for establishing integration with the organization’s strategy, delivering value, and maintaining a minimum level of competency. It allows ANALYTICA’s ITIL certified personnel to work with customers to establish a baseline from which planning, implementation and measurement can occur.
The Project Management Institute (PMI) is the premier association for certification and training of project managers. PMI has developed various certifications and training materials and programs to ensure project management best practices. Based upon PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), PMI provides continual development and training for information technology certifications such as Project Manager Professionals, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Program Management Professional (PgMP). ANALYTICA is a member of PMI and our project leads maintain graduate level professional degrees and one or more PMI certifications.
