SBa 8(a) Certified

The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8a small business development program allows Analytica, as an 8a small business contractor, to support US Federal public sector organizations utilizing various contract vehicle options. Through our participation in this program, Analytica can receive set aside and sole-source contracts for its leading IT services or Software. We are also able to form joint ventures or participate in the Mentor-Protégé program to support federal public sector organizations in health, financial services, intelligence, and commerce.

CMMI Dev- Maturity Level 3

In 2020, Analytica was appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development Version 2.0. The appraisal was performed by BroadSword — for more information please see our Appraisal Report.

CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a global accreditation body that has outlined a set of international standards for effective quality management. The ISO 9001 family of standards relate to quality management systems designed to help organizations ensure that they meet and maintain rigorous quality standards.

Analytica’s certification under ISO 9001:2015 recognizes that the policies, practices, and procedures of the company provide consistent quality in the services and work products delivered to our customers. The goal of this accreditation process is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of quality management standards and systems, including processes for continual improvement and compliance to customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Certified

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a global accreditation body that has outlined a set of international standards for effective quality management. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifies Information Technology – Service Management Systems (SMS) standards, which helps organizations improve efficiencies, optimize the use of technologies, and provide many other benefits that go beyond IT.

Analytica is certified against ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Information technology – Service Management Systems by G-CERTI Co., Ltd. This recognizes the quality standards which Analytica has put in place to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve our SMS. These requirements include the planning, design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to meet the service requirements and deliver value.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certified

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a global accreditation body that has outlined a set of international standards for effective quality management. ISO/IEC 27001 family of standards is widely known, providing requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). Using them enables organizations of any kind to manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details, or information entrusted by third parties.

Analytica is certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) by G-CERTI Co., Ltd. This recognizes the quality standards that Analytica has put in place to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve our ISMS within the context of our organization. This includes procedures that are in place for the proactive assessment and treatment of information security risks.

ITIL Certified

ITIL is a set of practices for IT Service Management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services to the needs of a customer’s business. The ITIL framework describes processes, procedures, tasks, and templates that are utilized for establishing integration with the organization’s strategy, delivering value, and maintaining a minimum level of competency. It allows Analytica’s ITIL certified personnel to work with customers to establish a baseline from which planning, implementation and measurement can occur.
