GSA 8(a) STARS III is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract designed to provide the federal government with innovative information technology services. 8(a) STARS III holds the coveted Best-in-Class designation from the Office of Management and Budget and enables agencies to access top quality 8(a) firms such as Analytica through an established contract vehicle with streamlined ordering procedures.
