The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions (EAGLE II) contract offers a broad range of services and solutions to fulfill component and departmental IT services needs at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The DHS EAGLE II contract  include three functional labor categories: Service Delivery (Integration, Software Design/Development, Operation and Maintenance), Information Technology Program Support Services, and Independent Verification and Validation.

The DHS EAGLE II contract provides a set of consistent solutions that provides DHS, it’s components, and other Federal agencies in support of homeland security with a flexible means of meeting IT requirements quickly, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner.
