Analytica Awarded Prime Contract for SEC Expert Consulting and Advisory Services Contract

Analytica, a leading public-sector consultant, and information technology services provider, has been awarded a seven-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for expert consulting services by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for expert consulting and advisory services. We will continue and deepen our assistance with a wide range of mission-essential policies and rulemaking activities. These include financial risk management, market regulation, investment trading strategies, and other areas examining regulatory and risk-related matters. Analytica will build upon the existing machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing techniques we already employ for the SEC and other federal financial regulators.

“We are honored to be chosen for this opportunity to serve the SEC with our expertise in financial regulatory support, data engineering, analytics, and capital markets. This award is an opportunity for our team to continue to support the modernization and improvement the SEC is making in overseeing a highly complex and dynamic financial market.” said Mariano Lopez, CEO.
